CHAD HENNE, FOR THROWING 3 INTERCEPTIONS, INCLUDING 2 IN TITAN TERRITORY, AND ANOTHER ONE IN OVERTIME.

Fuck. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK. FUCKFUCKFUCKFUCK.

Ughhhh, so close. Turnovers. FOUR FUCKING TURNOVERS. Ruined our season. I really thought we had them.

Also, that was going to be a fumble by Chris Johnson. They blew the whistle WAY too early. Not to mention the bullshit unnecessary roughness penalty on the interception return. The returned wasn't touched yet, so what he did was legal. Whatever, Henne cost us the game with three interceptions, two of them coming when were were going to at least get three points. So annoyed.

I hate declaring seasons over when a team still has a shot, but this season's over for us. Baltimore has to lose two of their next three, Tennessee has to lose a game, and we have to win out to get the final spot. I don't see that happening. SHIT DAMMIT, WE WERE CLOSE.

Games like this make me wish we hadn't blown those games against the Saints, Colts, and Bills.

Horrendous.

man did the end of that game give me false hope - i mean we have done it before, so why not today, too, but to not come out with a win after coming back from such a deficit is soooo frustrating, especially when we REALLY neeeded it. =/

Saw glimpses of the old Dolphins popping up there...

Which "Old Dolphins" are you talking about? The Old Dolphins that are great/good/decent going into December before flopping late or in the playoffs? Or the Old Dolphins of two years ago where they went 1-15?

The first. The 1-15 Dolphins I feel are long gone, we have to many good players. They are playing typical Dolphin football, choking in the stretch...

The worst part is that they built up our hopes. When we went 90 yards for the TD and the two point conversion, I thought that they were going to win for sure; that the momentum was too hard for the Titans to overcome. But of course, Henne blew it.

I know that even QBs like Peyton have these types of games, but the interceptions were just so poorly thrown or ill-advised. Let's hope next year, he gets more in-line.

He shows that he is going to be good, he needs receivers. He needs a good veteran receiver that can help bring him along. I couldn't believe that they pulled out the wildcat for the 2-point conversion, I held my breath on that one. I am getting so tired of waiting till next year.

Chad Henne threw the interception that ended up letting the Titans win the game.

Chad Henne also led the team on two CLUTCH scoring drives in the 4th quarter that tied the game up in the first place.

It's almost unfair to say that Henne cost us the game because we wouldn't have been in it in the first place without him. He's our guy of the future. Even Dan Marino says the Dolphins have a real QB now. Just as is being said about Sanchez, you take those sorts of picks with the good passes in the first season. As Henne learns and improves, those sorts of throws will go away.

I just need a scapegoat for every game we lose.

I'm not saying Henne hasn't shown promise and that he won't be good in the future, it's just that he threw three interceptions, each of them pretty big. Also, if he hadn't thrown those two interceptions earlier, he wouldn't have needed to have clutch drives. He seems to show a lot of promise from time to time, but there are still a lot of frustrating moments that get me worried.

It's the growing pains of a first time starter. Peyton was an INT machine his first year too. John Elway was often times just bad his first year as well. I'm not saying he will or won't be as good as either of those guys but just that it takes time. Our coaches will work on his weaknesses in the off season and hopefully bring in some weapons for him.
